Because you’re reading this blog, it’s highly probable that you’re involved in a never-ending race for better keywords and SERPs. Therefore, I am also sure that you would appreciate any tool that could accelerate this process, while also making it immensely more powerful and fruitful. Today, it’s my pleasure to review one of such tools – Keyword Results Analyzer.

I’ve just noticed a rather creative attempt to use the sponsored reviews systems. One of the advertisers at Sponsored Reviews is offering up to $10 for your review of a website hosting/building program. The twist – the advertiser does not own the site – she is just the affiliate and asks you to use her affiliate link in the review.

That’s interesting. I could imagine that if the affiliate program converts well, the advertiser could indeed profit from this scheme. Compared with using AdSense to drive traffic to your landing pages etc., this approach has two advantages:

Judging from the quality of the previous Linda’s (the owner) work, I’m sure that these new ventures will be very succesful and helpful to all niche marketers.

This is probably something that majority of aspiring affiliates and Internet markets are/were guilty of – spending money on the latest and greatest (right…) ebooks promising you piles of cash in no time and with little to no effort. You just need to spend $47 / $97 / $147 and you will get your Porsche / villa / luxury boat / you name it.

As we all know, these books are usually border-line scam or simply offer rehashed content that you can easily find online for free.

Well, it seem that Jon, founder of the notorious WickedFire forum had enough of it. He just promised to buy any new marketing ebook and review / summarize it critically in his blog. He is also going to ask for a refund later, obviously.

I've not yet discussed analytics here, but if you're serious about any of your niche websites, it's then essential to know where your traffic is coming from and how it's converting.

One of the best and free solutions available is Google Analytics. It's probably more powerful than any other free analytics solution you may find (actually, it's based on the Urchin analytics system that used to be offered commercially before Google acquired it).

However, the problem is that it may be somewhat overwhelming for the beginners. The sheer number of statistics and views is difficult to manage and to use effectively.

If you're still not using Firefox, I will give you a very strong reason to switch immediately.

As you may know, the Google Webmaster Tools can be used to display a detail breakdown of your backlinks. But the problem is it shows no further information, meaning no PR of the linking page and no anchor text, which renders your analysis still far from complete.

Well, no worry. First get the wonderful Greasemonkey extension (if you still don't have it, you will love it on many other occasions as well). Then go straight to this Greasemonkey script and get it. When it's running visit the Google Webmaster Tools to see how the links section improved magically.

Keyword research is more of an art than science.
